A separate owner’s suite (700 sq ft) may be rented upon request for added space and complete property privacy. Includes extra queen bed, full kitchen, living area, bath, and private balcony. Additional fee: $440/night (discounted if owner is away). No shared living areas.

Important Notes:

• Dogs welcome for $25/night

• AWD/4WD required November–April

• Base rate includes 6 guests; $30/night per extra guest

• Cleaning fee: $360 per stay

• Shared duplex-style layout: Main house is entirely private with separate guest entrance; owner unit is fully self-contained, and accessed via a separate exterior entry door. 

• The owner may be residing there during your stay, but will fully respect your privacy with little to no interaction besides a quick hello or in passing with the driveway.
