Wildernesscapes at Jay – in development
Our hilltop property is currently in phase 1 of development and will ultimately feature:

7 unique cabins spread across 50 acres of rolling woodland, with mountain views over the pastoral Jay Valley, and Whiteface Mountain.
Total visual privacy between each cabin, with long curving driveways to keep cabins out of site, unlike all other micro-resorts.

Architect-designed styles including Scandinavian mirror glass cabins, A-frames, lookout towers, and a modern glass walled home.

Private wooded home and cabin ridgetop sites with no shared guest spaces.

Currently, only the ÖÖD Whiteface glass cabin is open for bookings, with OOD Seven Cedars cabin opening in June 2026.
